Doula Services and Pricing

The Basic Birth Package- $850

3 Hours of Prenatal Visits

This is where we get to know one another. We discuss your birth plan and everything else that is important to you.

4 Hours of Electronic Support

This includes all time taken spent on text messages, answered e-mails, and phone calls. As your doula, I am on call for you for the duration of our contract and these four hours encompass that. I am available to you, day or night.

16 Hours- Labor and Immediate Postpartum Support

This is the average time it takes for a first time mother to birth her baby and get comfortable after. This includes me going to your house when you begin laboring. If it is a home birth, we remain there, if you are giving birth at a birth center or hospital, this includes traveling there and staying with you throughout the duration of your birth.

2 Hours- Postpartum Visits

Once home, during the first week postpartum I visit for 2 hours and answer any questions and offer additional support such as breastfeeding support, emotional support, and physical support. As a postpartum doula, I am well versed in proper postpartum healing and can refer you to a medical professional if need be.

The Basic Birth & Basic Postpartum Care Package $1,600
Includes the Basic Birth Package + 20 Hours of Postpartum Care
This postpartum care includes meal prep, sitz bath preparation for mom, ensuring that postpartum healing is going well, light housework, helping mom get some much needed rest and relaxation, breastfeeding support, emotional support, physical support, and informational support that you may request.
*please review scope of practice within contract to prevent any miscommunication or feelings of expectations not being met by your postpartum doula.

The Ultimate Birth and Postpartum Package $2,000
*This is the best option for a first birth. This includes everything mentioned above plus:

5 Hours of Prenatal Visits
Aside from discussing and planning your birth, we would also do physical and relaxation exercises to prepare for your birth. This includes using tools such as the rebozo and yoga ball.

6 Hours of Electronic Support

16 Hours of Labor and Immediate Postpartum Support Support
During her the birth, client also receives a rice pack to use during labor that will also server during the postpartum period.

32 Hours of Postpartum Care
This may seem like many hours for postpartum care, but it goes rapidly and may be used up until the baby is four months old. Aside from the basic postpartum care above, this postpartum package includes herbal sitz baths, a postpartum tincture to ease uterine contractions, plenty of time for the mother to rest or spend time with an older child that needs attention, allows for the postpartum doula to meal prep for days ahead, etc. Support needed is also not immediately obvious the week after giving birth. Many issues and questions arise as time goes on.

What Our Clients Are Saying

"I'm so glad that I met Annie before my second son was born. Her emotional support and practical help made the days leading up to and immediately following the birth of my son calm and enjoyable. I looked forward to the times she would come over to the house - she would pick up things I needed on the way; cook me a tasty, nutritious meal (she is a great cook); and give me a chance to relax and take care of myself (e.g. wrap me using the Bengkung belly binding method - something I highly recommend to any new mom). She would also leave the house more tidy than she found it, which was a huge stress reliever. When Annie was over, I found I could simply enjoy time with my new baby, knowing that other things were getting done. Annie has a gentle, reassuring presence and I'm going to miss her and our chats greatly!"
