I looked forward to the times she would come over to the house - she would pick up things I needed on the way; cook me a tasty, nutritious meal (she is a great cook); and give me a chance to relax and take care of myself (e.g. wrap me using the Bengkung belly binding method - something I highly recommend to any new mom). She would also leave the house more tidy than she found it, which was a huge stress reliever. When Annie was over, I found I could simply enjoy time with my new baby, knowing that other things were getting done.
